30-Days of fDOM for Clackamas River near Oregon City, OR (14211010)

Data at this site are collected every 30 minutes. Periods with no data are plotted as grey areas. All data presented here are provisional and are subject to revision.

These fDOM data are measured in units of ppb of quinine sulfate.

fDOM data may contain periodic, single-point spikes or noise that are either instrument problems or caused by bubbles, leaves, and/or clumps of detritus or algae passing near the probe. Such spikes are unlikely to represent a real change in bulk water quality.

Because of the intermittent operation of intake pumps at the site, fDOM values may change abruptly in the morning when the pumps are turned on, and in the evening when the pumps are turned off.
