USGS Color Map Data Grapher

This is a data graphing utility that allows the user to build color maps using data from selected USGS stations. Select the station, the parameter to plot, the starting and ending dates, the type of color map, and the color scale for the color map. Then, click the button labeled "Make Color Map."

Step 1: [Optional] Choose a basin from the drop-down list.

Step 2: Choose a site from the drop-down list.

Step 3: Choose the parameter to map.

Parameter:
    Apply a -day running average.
The Daily Total statistic is for rainfall data only.
The Vector Mean statistic is for wind-speed and wind-direction data only.
The Unit-Vector Mean statistic is for wind-direction data only.

Step 4: Choose starting and ending dates for the data in the color map.

Step 5: Choose the axes for the color map.

Step 6: Choose the color scheme for the color map.

Specify a color to be used for missing data:
RGB colors here are specified with a hexadecimal code, where two characters
each specify the levels of red, green, and blue from 0 (hex 00) to 255 (hex FF).
